Do I have to be an artist to participate?
No! We will provide stencils, stamps, and other tools to spark creativity. There will also be volunteers there to help assist you on your akabeko.
What should I bring?
Please make sure to bring a copy of your registration confirmation to check in and receive your project packet. And don't forget your imagination and creativity!
What do I wear?
You will be using permanent paints, glue, and other craft supplies for the project. Please make sure to wear something you do not mind getting dirty. Aprons will not be provided.
Do you have to arrive at the start of the event? How long does it take?
The project is estimated to take around 1 - 1.5 hours. The workshop hours will be from 1:00PM - 4:00PM. You may come and go at any time. We just ask that you please make sure to arrive at the workshop with enough time to finish before 4:00PM.
Can I bring a group?
Of course! The more the merrier. Please just make sure to have each of the group members RSVP and register prior to attending.
Can children participate?
Yes! The project is open to all ages, from children to seniors.
